milkerbjsp provides outdoor fitness bootcamp services including group training sessions, personal training, and functional fitness programs. All services are conducted outdoors in various locations around Tilburg and surrounding areas. Our services are designed for individuals seeking to improve their physical fitness through structured exercise programs.
As a participant in our services, you agree to provide accurate health and fitness information, follow safety instructions provided by our trainers, arrive punctually for scheduled sessions, wear appropriate exercise clothing and footwear, respect other participants and instructors, and notify us of any changes to your health status that may affect your ability to exercise safely.
Participation in fitness activities involves inherent risks. You acknowledge that you are participating voluntarily and at your own risk. You must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations that could affect your participation. We reserve the right to exclude participants who we believe pose a safety risk to themselves or others.
Bookings must be made in advance through our designated booking system or by contacting us directly. Payment is required at the time of booking unless alternative arrangements have been agreed. We accept various payment methods as specified during the booking process. All prices are quoted in Euros and include applicable VAT.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session to receive a full refund or credit. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may result in forfeiture of payment. No-shows will result in full forfeiture of payment. Weather-related cancellations initiated by milkerbjsp will result in a full refund or rescheduling option.
All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of milkerbjsp or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, milkerbjsp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services. milkerbjsp shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these terms if such failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, pandemic restrictions, or other unforeseeable events.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to breach of these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately.
milkerbjsp reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
If any provision of these Terms of Service is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original provision.
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and milkerbjsp regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous written or oral agreements between you and milkerbjsp.
